This Rosé is made from Grenache Noir and Cinsault grapes, harvested from our Paarl farm. The bunches were gently destalked and crushed straight into a pneumatic press. The juice spent extended time on the skins until the desired colour and flavour profile was achieved. The gently pressed juice fermented in stainless steel tanks for about 14 days and stayed on its lees for several weeks before bottling.

Light, fresh and delicate without being subdued. Whimsical aromas of strawberries, candy floss and rose petals dance harmoniously to form a pleasurable perfume. Rich flavours of ripe strawberries and honey on the palate with a lingering mouthfeel on the finish.
