Spice Route Red Blend 2022 Limited Edition
This limited-edition red blend comes from decomposed granite soils in Paarl and Swartland. Grenache and Cinsault grow as old bushvines, delivering small, flavour-packed berries, while trellised Shiraz adds depth and structure. Hand-harvested grapes fermented in stainless steel preserve freshness, while gentle pump-overs build colour and flavour. Stainless steel ageing keeps oak influence low, resulting in a clean, lively, fruit-driven style with bright red berries, gentle spice, and fine tannins.
Spice Route Rosé 2025
Made from Grenache (85%) and Cinsault (15%) from Paarl vineyards, this rosé was gently destalked and crushed, then fermented in stainless steel and rested on the lees. Light and fresh, it shows aromas of strawberries, candy floss, and rose petals, with ripe strawberry flavours, a hint of honey, and a lingering, refreshing finish.
