IN THE VINEYARD:
Produced from Sauvignon Blanc vines grown in Darling, Durbanville and the Swartland. With each component originating from different terroirs, the result is a Sauvignon Blanc with tropical flavours, fresh acidity and immense character.

The grapes were harvested before dawn, arriving at the cellar at optimal coolness. Bunches were destalked, crushed and pressed and the juice was cold settled for 48 hours, prior to fermentation. The clear juice was fermented at cool temperatures for two – three weeks in order to preserve the natural fruit flavours. No malolactic fermentation was allowed and the wine was left on its lees for three months before blending and bottling.
Wonderfully aromatic and tropical in style. Fresh and vibrant with sweet notes of tropical mangos and fresh green figs. Fresh and vibrant with limes and tropical fruit flavours on the palate. A perfect everyday easy drinking wine.
