Stone Town Sauvignon Blanc 2018

Our Stone Town Sauvignon Blanc is a wonderfully aromatic and energetic in style, full of notes of grapefruit and sweet melon with a typical cool climate minerality of Darling Hills on the finish.

Our quest for the most elegant and flavourful Sauvignon Blanc brought us to the hills of Darling, off the Cape West Coast. This unspoiled growing region enjoys the cool Atlantic breeze just a few kilometres away as the vines look to the ocean for slow ripening, producing a wonderfully aromatic and fresh style of Sauvignon Blanc.

Our Sauvignon Blanc is grown on the cool, rolling hills outside Darling, on the Cape west coast. These trellised vineyardsoverlook the cold Atlantic Ocean, which areplantedon some of the country’s finestred oakleaf soil. The deep, iron rich granite offerssufficient natural water to the deep-rooted vines withoutartificial irrigation. The result is a Sauvignon Blanc with exceptional depthofflavour and character.
