Vineyard
The Stone Town Rosé 2025 comes from Paarl vineyards rooted in decomposed granite soils. Grenache (85%) delivers bright berry fruit, while Cinsaut (15%) adds delicacy and gentle spice. Warm days bring ripeness, yet the cooler evenings help preserve natural freshness and lift. Together, these conditions shape a rosé with clarity, energy, and balance.
Winemaking
The grapes were destalked and softly crushed before resting briefly in the press to draw colour and aromatics. After pressing, the juice underwent cold fermentation in stainless steel, which kept the fruit flavours vivid and pure. The wine was bottled young for immediate enjoyment, ensuring every glass reflects its fresh, lively character.
Tasting Notes
Stone Town Rosé 2025 shows a luminous blush-pink colour. Aromas of fresh strawberry, cherry, and delicate rose petals rise from the glass, supported by subtle notes of pomegranate. The palate brings juicy red fruit balanced by crisp acidity and a light touch of spice from the Cinsaut. The finish remains clean, dry, and refreshing, with lingering summer-berry impressions. It’s a versatile rosé, enjoyable on its own or paired with salads, seafood, or light Mediterranean dishes.
