Sourced from Darling, where cool coastal breezes and morning mists preserve aromatics, this Sauvignon Blanc shows pale-straw colour with aromas of lime zest, gooseberry, and passion fruit. The palate is lively with citrus and tropical fruit, finishing clean and refreshing. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel protects purity and bright acidity.
Stone Town Cabernet Merlot 2024
This Coastal blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (58%) and Merlot (38%) shows deep ruby colour and aromas of blackberry, cassis, and dark plum. The palate offers juicy red and black fruit, soft oak notes, firm Cabernet structure, and Merlot’s velvety texture. Grapes were harvested early, destemmed, fermented in stainless steel, and matured 12 months in older French and American oak barrels.

The Stone Town Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 is a bold, expressive Coastal red with deep colour and aromas of blackberry, cassis, and dark cherry. The palate shows ripe fruit supported by smooth tannins, fresh acidity, and subtle oak. Stone Town Rosé 2025
From Paarl vineyards rooted in decomposed granite soils, this rosé blends Grenache (85%) and Cinsaut (15%). After gentle destemming and pressing, the juice cold-fermented to preserve purity. The wine shows a luminous blush-pink colour with strawberry, cherry, rose petal, and pomegranate notes. Crisp acidity and a clean, dry finish make it refreshing and versatile
