Description
Vineyard
Dryland-farmed vineyards in Darling benefit from cooling maritime influences along the Cape’s West Coast. The cool sea air slows ripening, helping the small, flavour-concentrated berries retain delicate aromatics and crisp natural acidity.
Winemaking
The grapes were gently pressed before the juice settled naturally, followed by a long, slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Several weeks on fine lees added subtle texture and richness while retaining its lively, fruit-driven character.
Tasting Notes
Bright and lively, with inviting aromas of passion fruit, green apple and fresh grapefruit. Vibrant tropical fruit and zesty citrus follow on the palate, complemented by a subtle mineral edge. The finish is clean, crisp and refreshing.
