With a single passport, you can enjoy five artisanal tastings designed to showcase the very best of the estate. This experience is ideal for visitors looking to discover a variety of pairings at their own pace.
Your tasting journey includes six Spice Route wines, carefully selected each day to highlight the character of the Swartland region. These are complemented by six handcrafted cuts from Jewell’s charcuterie, made using traditional techniques. The passport also gives you access to four CBC premium beers, showcasing the art of craft brewing, and three Wilderer spirits – Grappa Shiraz, Fynbos Gin with rosewater tonic, and Rogue Apple Pie Moonshine. To complete the journey, The Chocolate Room by Beyers offers a tasting of artisanal chocolates.
Each stop is within easy walking distance, and your passport will be stamped as you visit each vendor. On average, the experience takes about two hours, but you are free to move at your own pace and enjoy a leisurely exploration of the destination.
