The Pinotage and Pinot Gris grapes for Stone Town Rosé 2026 are sourced from vineyards within South Africa’s Coastal Region.
Winemaking
The team destalked and softly crushed the grapes before allowing them to rest briefly in the press to draw colour and aromatics. After pressing, the juice underwent cold fermentation in stainless steel, keeping the fruit flavours vivid and pure. The wine was bottled young for immediate enjoyment, ensuring a fresh and lively style in every glass.
